1-on-1 Coaching

Your Cases. Your Facts.
Your Framework.

Personalized trial coaching for plaintiff lawyers — from a lawyer who's still in the courtroom.

Only 12 coaching spots available.

The Problem

Nobody taught you how to actually win.

You went to law school for three years. You learned the rules. You passed the bar. And then you walked into your first trial and realized nobody taught you how to actually win.

How do you take 500 pages of medical records and turn them into a story a jury cares about? How do you deliver an opening with confidence when you've only done it twice? How do you ask for $500,000 without your voice cracking?

You've tried the usual paths. CLE seminars that sound good in the room but don't change what you do on Monday. YouTube videos that teach concepts but can't look at your case. Books written by lawyers who retired before you passed the bar.

None of them sit across from you, look at your facts, and say: “Here's what I'd do with this case.”

What if you had a trial lawyer in your corner — not a retired one, a current one?

Someone who's tried 40+ cases to verdict. Someone who's in the courtroom this month, not ten years ago. Someone who looks at your messy facts, your bad documents, the defense arguments keeping you up at night — and builds a framework with you.

Not theory. Not general advice. A system built on your case, for your jury, against your defense.

How Coaching Works

Here's what happens when we work together.

One concept at a time. One case at a time. One framework you'll carry for the rest of your career.

STEP 01

You Bring Me Your Case

The messy facts. The documents you're worried about. The defense arguments you don't know how to counter. Don't clean it up — bring it raw.

STEP 02

We Find Your Theme

Using a method I've refined over 40+ trials, we strip your case down to one word. Greed. Rushed. Ignored. Careless. If you can't get to one word, you don't understand your case yet. We'll get there.

STEP 03

We Pressure-Test It

Every theme runs through the 4-Question Framework: Is it simple enough for an 8th grader? Is it universal — a value everyone shares? Can you repeat it from opening to closing? Does it fit the facts without forcing? Four out of four or we start over.

STEP 04

We Build Your Opening

Ninety seconds. Moment, Choice, Cost. The jury understands your case before the defense stands up. No 20-minute lectures. No chronological recitations. A story that lands.

STEP 05

You Walk In With a Plan

Not a prayer. Not a script you memorized. A framework you understand well enough to adapt when things go sideways — because they will.

Who's Coaching You

Not retired. Not a consultant. In the courtroom right now.

I've been a trial lawyer for over 20 years. I've tried 40+ plaintiff PI cases to verdict and recovered millions for my clients.

I'm not retired. I'm not a consultant who left practice a decade ago. I'm in the courtroom right now, using the same frameworks I'll teach you.

I focus on simplicity because I've learned the hard way that sophisticated doesn't win — simple does. The jury doesn't care about your legal theory. They care about a story they can repeat in deliberations.

That's what I help you build.

What You Walk Away With

A system you'll use for 30 years.

This isn't just advice. It's concrete frameworks you carry into every case for the rest of your career.

Theme Development Process

A method that works on every case — car accidents, slip-and-falls, med mal, wrongful death.

90-Second Opening Structure

An opening statement that captures the jury in 90 seconds, not 20 minutes.

Weakness Framework

A framework for handling weaknesses — name the defense's best argument before they do.

Real Confidence

Confidence that comes from having a plan — not from faking it or hoping for the best.

Session Recordings & Notes

Session recordings and written notes so you can revisit frameworks anytime.

A Mentor Who's Doing This

A mentor who's actually doing this — not someone who used to.

The Real Cost

$997/month sounds like a lot — until you think about what one case is worth.

One stronger opening statement. One theme that actually lands. One case where the jury gets it in the first two minutes instead of the last two hours.

Your next verdict increase will pay for a year of coaching in a single case.

Most lawyers spend more than this on CLE credits that don't change a single thing about how they try cases. This changes how you try every case.

FAQ

Common questions

That's exactly when coaching matters most. You're building habits right now — good or bad. The lawyers who develop frameworks early carry them for 30 years. The ones who wing it for five years have to unlearn before they can learn. Start now.

No. The best time to build your framework is before you need it under pressure. We'll work on cases in your pipeline — depositions, mediations, demand letters — because theme development starts at intake, not at trial. You'll be ready when the trial date comes.

YouTube teaches you what a good theme looks like. Coaching builds one for your case, with your facts, against your defense. It's the difference between watching someone cook and having a chef in your kitchen.

That's exactly how most coaching relationships start. Framework Foundations gives you 4 sessions to experience the process and see results. If it clicks — and it usually does — we move to Trial-Ready so we can work through your full caseload. Monthly clients also get full access to all my courses, which isn't included in Framework Foundations.

Monthly tiers have a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. The minimum exists because real change takes more than one or two sessions. You need enough time to apply frameworks to actual cases and see results.

Sessions are 1 hour each. Between sessions, you're applying frameworks to your real cases — which is work you're already doing. This just gives you a better system for doing it. No busy work. No homework for homework's sake.

CLE teaches general principles to a room of 200 lawyers. Coaching applies specific frameworks to your specific case with feedback from someone who's tried 40+ cases. You walk out of CLE with notes. You walk out of coaching with a plan.
